NFAA Pro Archer Rob Morgan Interview – ESPN Radio 1570, Classic Hits 106.3

Many of you may not know of Rob Morgan but make no mistake, he’s a powerhouse on the line and a real threat to win any event he enters.

Hailing from Billings, Montana and having the grace of Big Sky Country has kept him calm, sure, and steady – ready to be right there at the end.

Before going Pro Rob was Outdoor Nationals Champ and a Vegas Champ in the Adult Mens class.Moving into the Pro division he made the Lucky Dog shoot off in Vegas in 2010, 2011 and the Vegas Finals this year. He finished on the 3rd on the podium in Louisville just a little over a month ago making him one of only 6 eligible shooters going for the Million Dollar payday.

In Redding last year he dropped an impressive 1530, only 3 points off the win and only a point off his mark the previous year. It’s no wonder he’s be recently dubbed as the #sleeper in any archery game you want to try and play with him.

As near as I can tell by going through all the results this is Rob’s first go at the Million dollar payoff, but he has shot for the car several times, coming close but just short of driving it home.

I’ve had the pleasure of shooting with Rob and his wife in Redding for a few years and was very honored to be a part of the group. He’s quiet, confident, full of smiles and help at every turn if you need it. A true archers gentleman and a huge joy to shoot with on the range.

Mark your notes, I think your going to be seeing an awful lot more of Rob at the top in the next few years. Take a listen to a couple of great interviews on ESPN Radio KVTK 1570 and Classic Hits 106.3 KVHT , both in Yankton, SD

Thanks Rob! – Congratulations, and heres hoping you cash it for a Million or a brand new Mustang!
